Nimbin Performance Poetry World Cup is the beloved brainchild of Gail M. Clarke and Robin Archbold. Gail also co-ordinates the Nimbin poetry nights held on the second Thursday of each month at the Nimbin OASIS Cafe.

The NPPWC is an annual event and the only one of its kind, with contestants traveling from all over the world.
